Vineetha holds a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.  She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2008.  She joined the firm in November 2010 having moved from New Zealand, where she worked in intellectual property.

Vineetha advises on trade mark availability, registration and protection, as well as infringement and issues under the Trade Practices Act.  Vineetha's expertise also includes domain name registration, management and disputes, copyright protection and border protection issues.
