Victoria Huntington is an associate with Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers who specialises in litigation involving intellectual property rights. Since joining the firm, Victoria has provided advice to clients on trade mark, copyright, designs and Trade Practices Act issues arising from conduct in Australia and New Zealand and has also conducted prosecution and opposition proceedings in the Trade
Marks Office.
Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers, Victoria gained valuable experience in patent, copyright and trade mark infringement proceedings in the Federal Court whilst working in the Intellectual Property and Technology Group of a well-known national law firm. Victoria also has a general commercial litigation background with experience in a wide range of disputes including those involving insurance and Corporations Law issues.
Victoria is also a member of The Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
