Tracey Berger has broad experience in trade mark matters, managing large trade mark portfolios for clients with interests in a wide range of foreign markets. Tracey also specialises in domain name management, advising clients on using IP to secure a commercial advantage.

Tracey obtained a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Law degree with Honours from the Australian National University in 1994 and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court
of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Tracey is a transnational committee member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and contributed to the Australian chapter of the International Trademark Association’s 1999 publication, Trademark Law and the Internet. Tracey was made a Principal of the firm in 2002.
