Ruth Clarkson qualified as a registered patent attorney in 1993 and joined SPRUSON & FERGUSON in 2000 with over ten years experience in the field.

Ruth’s experience includes drafting, prosecution and litigation of chemical patent applications including those related to organic chemistry, mineral chemistry, pharmaceuticals, methods of treatment, formulations, industrial chemistry and chemical engineering.

Ruth is a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia, a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.
