Rohan Singh is an intellectual property law specialist with more than 14 years experience.  Rohan principally practices in trade mark, copyright and trade practices litigation and dispute resolution.

A Senior Associate of the firm, Rohan has experience in intellectual property protection, enforcement and commercialisation through his practice both in Australia and in Hong Kong.  Rohan has acted for corporate clients in various fields including the technology, entertainment, fashion and retail industries on matters relating to trade mark clearance and portfolio management, commercial drafting, domain name complaints, plaintiff and defendant litigation and anti-counterfeiting programs including working with law enforcement authorities in Asia on the criminal prosecution of counterfeiters.  Rohan is also an accredited mediator.

Rohan is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Law Society of Hong Kong, the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and LEADR.
