Solicitor, Commercialisation Team Reyhaneh Saadati joined the Commercialisation team of SPRUSON & FERGUSON LAWYERS as a solicitor in April 2011. Reyhaneh holds an Honours degree in law as well as a degree in commerce with a double major in accounting and finance. Reyhaneh’s experience includes drafting licensing and other technology related agreements; assisting in the coordination of a major global licensing programme; and assisting in major technology company acquisitions. Reyhaneh previously worked as an adviser in the Regulation and Compliance team of a leading international accounting and advisory firm. In this role, she was involved in conducting in-depth reviews of the processes, procedures and controls of a number of large Australian organisations and developing adequate compliance frameworks based on relevant legislative requirements. Reyhaneh has also worked as a paralegal for both the Litigation and Commercialisation teams within SPRUSON & FERGUSON LAWYERS, where she was involved in patent and trade mark litigation and the commercialisation of IP. Reyhaneh is a member of the Licensing Executive Society and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications
