Martin Pollock has almost 20 years experience practising in IP law, specialising in the areas of trade marks and trade practices. Martin’s practice incorporates advice in respect of trade mark infringement and enforcement of trade mark rights for a diverse range of clients.

Through his management of large trade mark portfolios, Martin has gained considerable experience in international trade mark protection with involvement in jurisdictions in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Martin has contributed articles to several IP journals and trade publications on the commercial aspects of trade mark law. He joined Spruson & Ferguson in 1996 and became a Principal in 2002.

Martin is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
