Kim is a lawyer and registered Australian trade marks attorney. Kim advises on the adoption, use and enforcement of trade mark rights, and his practice encompasses all aspects of trade mark registration work including prosecution, contentious matters and portfolio management.

Kim has broad trade mark experience having represented clients across a diverse range of industries. Before joining Spruson & Ferguson in 2008, Kim worked in general legal practice with IP Australia and other well known IP firms in Australia and Hong Kong.
