Hideko Yamamoto specialises in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the ICT field and assisting clients with portfolio management in Asia particularly.
Hideko worked in Japan for a number of years as an in-house patent attorney for Hitachi’s Central Research Laboratory and was responsible for drafting, prosecution and patent portfolio management. Her broad experience covers many technologies including wireless communication, display devices and data processing fields, such as OCR, biometric authentication, car navigation, and simulation.
Hideko is a registered Japanese patent and trade marks attorney. Hideko has extensive knowledge and experience involving patent prosecution in the US, Europe, Korea and China as well as Japan. Hideko is fluent in Japanese.
