Francesca is an associate with Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers in the Litigation group. Since joining the firm she has worked on trade mark and patent infringement proceedings and actions for breaches of the Trade Practices Act. Francesca has also prepared advices to clients on copyright issues and the requirements of the National Privacy Principles created by amendments to the Privacy Act.

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers, Francesca practised in the areas of medical negligence and personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in a national law firm.

Francesca is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and
New Zealand.
