Catherine holds a Bachelor of Law as well as a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Canberra.
Catherine has obtained significant experience in various areas of intellectual property having worked in private practice for a number of years. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries and deals with Australian and overseas trade mark filings, prosecutions, searches, disputes and enforcement actions. She also advises on issues relating to the registration and protection of domain names.
Catherine is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and the NSW Young Lawyers.
