Catherine Boxhall is a solicitor with SPRUSON & FERGUSON LAWYERS who specialises in the commercialisation of intellectual property rights. She assists clients in negotiating and drafting licensing, collaborative R&D, consultancy, joint venture and distribution agreements. She also has significant experience in areas of clinical trial agreements, IT contracts, business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, financing and capital raising.

Prior to joining SPRUSON & FERGUSON LAWYERS, Catherine gained valuable experience in the corporate and commercial section of a leading Adelaide-based law firm. She was also previously employed by an international pharmaceutical company and in 2002 was seconded to their in-house legal department for several months.

Catherine is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and AusBiotech.
