Shanahan's Australian Law of Trademarks, 3rd Edition

More than a decade since the last revision, the new text deals with the enormous changes in Australian trade mark law brought about by the Trade Marks Act 1995 and maintains the high level of analysis for which the series is renowned.
Two of the authors, Kate Johnston and Patricia Kennedy, have continued Spruson & Ferguson’s long association with the text which began with Daniel R. Shanahan’s initial publication in 1982. It has not been a sedentary decade for Australian trade mark law. This substantial text also incorporates the tremendous impact of the internet and new international obligations such as those under the Madrid Protocol.
Spruson & Ferguson is proud of its association with the Shanahan series and particularly, the newest edition.
Shanahan’s Australian Law of Trademarks and Passing Off is published by Lawbook Co.
