Albert Terry joins Sprusons

Spruson & Ferguson is pleased to announce the appointment of Albert Terry as Special Counsel in the Trade Marks Team. Albert began his career in Trade Mark Law in 1980 shortly after arriving in Australia from the United States where he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree from Arizona State University.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of Trade Mark Law including working with Graphic Designers and Marketing Professionals to achieve the best brand position for clients, appearances at Trade Mark Hearings, serving on INTA Committees and presenting seminars on issues such as protection of Geographical Indications and Brand Management and Trade Mark Infringement Online.

Albert is admitted as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
